Kenya’s wooden dhows are a testament to the country’s proud tradition of boat building but it is a dying tradition as regulations, ageing generations of boat builders and modernisation is threatening this heritage. But now young Dhow builders want to make a difference. As they see the oceans pollute they want to make a difference, using their generation old knowledge to deliver a message.
