On my return to the Rohinga refugee camps in Bangladesh, I find a grown community, driven out of their homelands by the army of Myanmar. Now they have started to settle in, but the monsoon rains are coming and the hastily extended refugee sites and Kutupalong and Balukahli are ill prepared to deal with the relentless rain showers that are expected.
